The staff was helpful and polite. The location was pretty central.
The elevator was small. It barely fit two people with luggage. Our room supposedly had a city view, but all I could see were other buildings, very disappointing. the breakfast was mediocre at best it lacked variety.

the rooms decor were fresh. they leave drinking water daily. the bed had many comfortable pillows. views from the 5th floor window are lovely with a lot of light.
i found the air conditioning had a limit on how cold i could set it. this seemed like a city mandate.

Upon arrival, a complimentary upgrade to a spacious room provided a very positive start. The location provided easy access to attractions. The staff demonstrated genuine care and quickly returned an item I had left behind, which I found quite excellent.
The elevator experienced a temporary malfunction. this was quickly resolved.

the staff were consistently helpful. the rooms were kept clean . breakfast was available and offered a decent selection of items.
The elevator was quite small. the room i had booked felt smaller than advertised. the wifi signal wasn't very stable. It kept disconnecting at times.
